COVID-19 has been harsh on all of us along with the difficult times our beloved country is facing.
Yet, we are back in action, and we are curious about the near future and what it will bring. We feel blessed to have our fertile land and to share its treasures with many lovely people.

We are so happy that we have three drop-off locations created in 2019 that can help our clients pick up their orders at their ease. What makes these locations special to us is that they are unique places with a special touch, and we are proud to collaborate with them and thankful for their support.
We also had the chance to collaborate with Lebanon Mountain Trail and offer their members 10% discount on all their purchases from Ibrahim’s Farm and Fahed Farms. Furthermore, Tourleb, a unique tour-guide that emphasizes sustainable tourism and alternative ways to get to know the country, hosted unique activities on our beautiful land.

Locally grown food is not limiting. There is already a lot of diversity in Lebanon with beauties grown on the coast, the mountains, and in the Bekaa. It gets even more interesting with items like our Brussels sprouts and physalis (golden berries). Such highly nutritious (yet uncommon) vegetables and fruit in Lebanon are a wonder for new beautiful and delicious menus.

Friends and volunteers have all joined us all through spring and the beginning to summer to prepare the land and harvest the highest quality products in clean soil, water, and air.

Colors of life …. the amazing transition from winter to spring.
It is the peak of winter. At 1,000m in Lebanon, winter is harsh and beautiful.
We are preparing the land and selecting our seeds for the next harvest. We planted our green manure, and it will take care of our soil and its nutrients throughout the winter.
With Christmas and the New Year around the corner, we prepared hand-made sweet boxes for the occasion 😋
